Artist Statement:
"This piece captures the quiet softness of an evening on the sea. A single sailboat drifts under a soft blue sky, illuminated by the subtle glow of the moon and distant stars. The boat, floating peacefully, represents solitude and exploration, gently moving through the stillness of the night. The purplish silhouettes of the distant horizon add depth and contrast, evoking a sense of calm and introspection. Through this work, I explore the theme of quiet journeys—both physical and emotional—where the moon and stars offer gentle guidance, reminding us that even in darkness, there is beauty and direction."
Proceeds from this purchase help fund the costs associated with sending a Card of Hope to a mother of traumatic birth who has requested one.
